WaterStreak is designed to minimize data collection.
We may process app usage data (for example, basic interaction events).
We may process technical device information (model, OS version, app version, language).
We may process diagnostic and crash data.
We may process purchase/subscription status managed by Apple (StoreKit).
We do not sell personal data.
3. Purposes of Processing
We process data to operate and maintain the app.
We process data to improve performance, stability, and user experience.
We process data to enable premium features and restore purchases.
We process data to comply with legal obligations when required.
4. Legal Bases
Where data protection laws apply, we rely on performance of the service.
We rely on legitimate interests (security, reliability, product improvement).
We rely on consent where required for specific features, for example notifications/tracking.
5. Third Parties
We may use third-party services for analytics, diagnostics, notifications, and Apple-managed in-app payments/subscriptions.
If rewarded ads are enabled in the future, this policy will be updated to identify the ad provider and related data processing.
WaterStreak can optionally integrate with Apple Health (HealthKit) for Premium users.
If enabled, WaterStreak writes your completed daily hydration goal to Apple Health as dietary water data, using your selected water unit.
WaterStreak only accesses Health data after your explicit permission and you can disable this feature anytime in Settings.
We do not sell Health data.
6. Data Retention
We keep data only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. When no longer needed, data is deleted or anonymized.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request access, correction, deletion, or objection.

8. Children
WaterStreak is not directed to children under 13 (or equivalent age in your jurisdiction). If we learn that we processed children's data without proper basis, we will delete it.
9. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information.
